I am so glad your first week went better than you thought. The guilt of leaving your little one can be so great it's blurs everything else. I know what you mean by the end of an era, that was bothering me! but nothing stays the same and it just means you have moved onto the next chapter. Much as a loved mat leave, you do get to a point where you need to do something different. You will probably start to feel better in yourself now and yet you never would have imagined it! :-) xxMummy and the Beastiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05312772944422657444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1824547228125638907.post-24463887486479601212011-04-10T02:17:17.279+01:002011-04-10T02:17:17.279+01:00Children are always more adaptable than their pare...Children are always more adaptable than their parents think they are. A few get very unsettled in childcare but that's normally a sign if it persists that the setting is not right for them.

When I went back to work after babies, I valued the head space it gave me.kateabhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05702501925195150336noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1824547228125638907.post-68807836484560950682011-04-09T17:08:58.542+01:002011-04-09T17:08:58.542+01:00Glad it all went ok and wasn't as bad as you e...Glad it all went ok and wasn't as bad as you expected. They had taken him from me but I was holding 1 of his little feet. As we came to the end of the handover I heard the words 'If your going to go to work you need to let go of his foot'!!! It was hard at the time but nice to get a bit of independence back xmum in meltdownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16460316200342594004noreply@blogger.com
