Enjoying The Summer

Today we went for a VERY long walk despite the on and off showers that saw us nearly drenched at one point (I hid under a slide with my bum and lower back sticking out - which is still wet now).

But we got to see ducks, swans, ponies, amazing scenery and had a really beautiful walk.

What a lovely way to spend a day.  It didn't feel like Summer though.... just 10 minutes of sunshine in the whole time we were out.
